Minimalism in everything. LCD House on Begovaya

The project received the highest INTERIA MODERN HOME AWARD 2019

Small apartment of 50 m2 for one young person. The main task here was the universal use of space - the living room combines the bedroom, the kitchen combines the office, and when combined, these two spaces can be a good venue for a small party.

The guest area is equipped with a large sofa, which, if necessary, turns into a comfortable bed. A large closet accommodates both bed linen and a seasonal wardrobe. As well as a server node and additional sound equipment.

Hidden in the ceiling, a retractable projector background becomes an additional highlight of the room, forming a wall and forming a corridor between the toilet and the hallway.

In the hallway there is a wardrobe of both everyday items and seasonal ones.
In addition to a large rack for shoes, it carries all the necessary functions of a pantry, placing: a vacuum cleaner, a mop and other necessary cleaning products. And thanks to the deaf inner door, the pantry is visually hidden from common eyes. Sliding doors are not accidentally used in the interior.
They help save space, as well as easily combine the entire apartment into one room.

The interior has calm colors. Metallic plaster on the walls. On the floor there is a piece parquet made of natural oak. It is laid using a special technology and does not have a plinth. The space between the wall and the parquet was filled with acrylic grout in the same color as the floor.

The kitchen turned out to be a separate room, and carries one more function - a study. It is equipped with additional lighting fixtures and hidden sockets. The wish of the customer was that the entire interior was as durable as possible. The toilet door was custom designed. It is deeply recessed inside and has no visual gaps.

The massive table was made of artificial stone and weighs as much as 80 kg.

Due to the corridor, the bathroom turned out to be quite voluminous. It includes a toilet with a shower, and a bathroom with a sink, built into a large countertop and a large cabinet under it with a washing machine. Having increased the space of the bathroom, there was also a place to build in a kitchen set.
