February gave us a real Russian winter - frosts, a lot of snow, a white mood and physical activity for those who live in the countryside - dig out your house, and in the city morning entertainment - find your car in a snowdrift.
We waited until March. Congratulations to all on spring! May it be better this time than last year.
I can’t ignore the topic: it’s been exactly one year since we live in the world of Covid. Exactly a year ago, in March, they closed all borders, flights, canceled our travels, and eventually put us at home.
Now, a year later, we can sum up how our life has changed.
Everyone is different, but for the most part, we have all changed a lot. Remote remote work, which scared everyone then, has now become an absolute norm, and many have realized (both employers and employees) that it optimizes time, finances, and increases efficiency. I repeat that this is far from being the case for everyone, because there is a certain pool of psychotypes of people for whom remote work is contraindicated.
But nevertheless, companies, having a large percentage of their staff remotely, can now afford smaller office space, lower costs for business expenses. Here, of course, landlords of business centers are not in an advantageous position. Also, many people have a new habit - not to go to shopping centers and shops, but to order everything via the Internet. I heard from many that walking around shopping centers suddenly became annoying and I didn’t want to go there at all. Many of us have accustomed ourselves to self-development and learning online. And there are a lot of other changes for each of us.
Over the past year, approaching March of this year, a huge number of small companies did not survive and the middle segment significantly reduced costs, staff. Let's not talk about sad things, let's return to the process of remote work.
In my opinion, a potential employee who works remotely in a serious company should have a high degree of self-organization and internal responsibility. This does not mean that you sit at home and go about your personal business, and do something at work during breaks. This is an understanding of working time, a workspace created at home, and the ability to combine business with pleasure.
If in March we are not yet particularly drawn to the street because of the running rivers from the melting of snow, then further - with the advent of the sun and heat, it will be more and more difficult to organize ourselves for clear, competent work. If we add to this that many have not been on vacation for a long time and have not changed the landscape before their eyes ... This is very HARD!
I propose to live March in a new way. To open to everyone some personal little new stage of life and go towards new goals.
I congratulate all women on the upcoming March 8! Charm to you! Natural femininity and spiritual harmony!
